How to make a pattern for a cape or hooded cloak

Iiiit's math time! Everyone's favorite, right?
This week, I'll share my method for creating patterns for capes and cloaks, including how to make a hood. Since we're working from measurements, this can be used to fit any doll. Or even a human, if you want! I'll be back next week to show how I put mine together and create a clasp for it.

For those who may wonder, we found a house we love and the sellers accepted our offer. Our loan was approved this week so we will be closing on the new house in two weeks! So exciting! Of course, our current house still needs to be sold, so hopefully that goes smoothly... I may miss a week or two of updates while we're moving (or do a vloggy-type update on everything that's going on) but hopefully everything will go smoothly... There's still so much packing to do! D:
