In this episode, Gerard and Jeannie Long will be sharing about a love that never runs out. They will review the first two principles and foundations for marriage and talk about the third principle. They share about the tragic loss of their youngest son, Alex, to suicide, that took Jeannie into a place of darkness, and they almost lost their marriage too. Jeannie shares about how losing a child to suicide brought unbearable grief and she hated herself, God, and Gerard. She talks about becoming suicidal too and dealt with bitterness. Gerard shares how at the time it felt like mental and emotional abuse in a very dark and painful time. He shares how he came to the end of his natural love, but he knew God wanted him to keep loving Jeannie. He shares about going to a place called the “Throne of Grace where God’s love never runs out.” “Grace is God’s provision.” – Gerard.

BIBLICAL PRINCIPLES AND FOUNDATIONS FOR MARRIAGE:
God’s Glory is the main purpose for your marriage
Agape Love – is unchanging, unconditional, self-giving without demanding expecting repayment. This is the motivation to do what God has called us to do in marriage.
God’s Love is never ending.
