Despite the controversy over Tata Motors s Singur issue, ArcelorMittal chief Lakshmi Mittal said on Wednesday that the steel major would go ahead with its India plans. Singur is standalone case, but delays in approvals is causing cost overrun of 50 per cent, he said.
