Hello everyone 😊 and welcome to my little (mostly) travel channel!

This vlog is starting on day 2 of my Orlando trip, where we spend the day in Magic Kingdom 🏰 ✨️

This was a majority adult group with 7 of us being 30+, and just 1 child in the mix, so the things you'll see us do and enjoy won't necessarily be the first choices for a trip focused on children. This is, however, Disney/Universal, and we all have an ever-present inner child to soothe, so most of it is very family friendly and something for all ages to enjoy!

I was only in Orlando for 6 nights so the plan was to squeeze as much in as possible, whilst still being able to slow down now and then to soak up our surroundings and take in the little details, too. We decided to do 3 days 'park-hopping' at Walt Disney World, going to Animal Kingdom, Epcot, Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios followed by 2/3 days at Universal Orlando, going to Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay.

In this vlog, we head to the iconic Magic Kingdom for a full day of fun rides, childhood nostalgia, watch the Festival of Fantasy parade and enjoy some yummy food, too. We ended the day (after reaching around 25,000+ steps), watching the firework show 'Happily Ever After', with a somewhat obscured, but stunning, view of Cinderella Castle, which felt truly magical.
