How to STOP Shopping! | Clever Girl Finance

Do you struggle with overshopping and overspending? Well, the holidays don't help (I've certainly been guilty!)! However, constantly overspending on things you don't need (or don't even like) can set you back from your goals in a major way, and if you aren't careful, you can easily develop the habit of constantly shopping.

To curb over-shopping:
#1 Move your money & make it less accessible
#2: Assess your habits, triggers & what you own
#3: Get intentional about using what you own
#4: Find other ways to occupy your time
#5: Do a social media detox

You should also:
Create lists of things you want to buy & save for them
Create a why around your goals
Set challenges & rewards for yourself
