As, around the globe, the lunatics are taking over the asylum I was reminded of a song I wrote some years ago after a brutal Ofsted inspection. Originally describing my own perceptions and feelings I realised, as you will see, it has wider allusions and echoes. It was recorded at The Blue Moon Studio near Banbury by the last electric incarnation of Slender Loris. I’ve remixed it using the stem splitting function in Logic Pro 11. It features Colin Edmonds on drums; Andy Morton on bass and some great guitar work from Phil Kirwan. I recommend listening on headphones, air pods or ear buds.
