Taree is ‘waterlogged’ after mass flooding

Taree resident and business owner Jeremy Thornton says his town is “totally waterlogged” amid the floods occurring on the mid-north coast of New South Wales.
“From about early March onwards, we’ve just had this consistent rain just hanging around,” Mr Thornton told Sky News host Chris Kenny.
“The waterlogging is just an absolute issue.”
Mr Thornton says the water from the floods has “nowhere to go”.
