Urad dal – 300g
Channa dal – 1 spoon
Rice – 1½ spoon
Jeera – ½ spoon
Pepper – ½ spoon
Ginger – ½ inch
Green chilies – 4 nos
Coconut pieces – 1 spoon
Hing – a pinch
Coriander leaves – little
Salt – to taste
