Customer was complaining hvac unit blasting only hot air on his 2011 Grand Cherokee
Other shop diagnosed a broken blend door .. wanted to change the hvac unit
I found the problem ...Melted blend door seal jams the blend door on the hot position .. didn't need to replace hvac unit
Took me 5h to figure this one ... Hope it can save you guys some headaches time and $$$
