The BEST Fruit Tart Recipe | Mixed FRUIT TART | Mini Fruit Tart | Best Bites
Ingredients:-
350 gms. All purpose flour
2½ tbsp. Powdered sugar
225 gms. Butter (cubed & chilled)
2-3 tbsp. Chilled water
Ingredients:-
For apple filling
2 tbsp. Butter
5 Apples, diced
1.5 tsps of Cinnamon powder
60 gms. Caster Sugar
60 gms. Brown Sugar
1.5 tbsp. Corn Flour
Ingredients:-
For custard
1 cup milk
1.5 tbsp. custard powder
3-4 tbsp sugar
toppings :-
any fruit of you choice
For making jam glaze :- take 1 tbsp mango/orange/apricot jam & mix it with 1 tbsp water & microwave for 30 secs. glaze is ready.
