International Rescue is framed by a gang out to steal top secret papers. Jeff Tracy decides to lay low and allow hidden agents to seek out the imposters. A space observatory involved in the manhunt for International Rescue develops a technical fault and when an astronaut attempts to repair it he is sent hurtling away as a result of a thruster fault. Can Lady Penelope and some hillbilly agents expose the imposters in time so the Thunderbirds can be launched to save the astronaut?
