Kayak Part 4: Feld Katarakt middle to Kalserbach I tried to show in the last 3 parts how the river Isel changes over time and with different waterlevels. The waterlevel in Feld was a bit too high for my taste till now, but with a good friend of mine i sent it. Meanwhile a landslide did change the river slightly and the high water also did its part. Compare the different videos and you will see what i am refering to. This is the magic with this river: It changes and it is never boring. Take care: Swimming is NOT allowed in Feld at this waterlevel. There is no fun to be had and yout will get hurt if you do. The rapid is strong and the rocks at the riverbank will hurt you when you try to get out.
