The Secret to a Lightning-Fast Down Command

Teaching our dogs the DOWN is a common obedience skill, but when dogs do it fast, it looks more impressive. Ever watch the world IGP Championships or any other competitive obedience dog doing their down? Pretty impressive isn't it?

Well in this video I will give you some insights on how to give your dog a basic understanding of how to begin teaching this. This skill isn't for every dog... so be aware of that. If you have a high drive dog, check this out. That being said, any dog can learn the skill a little better. IN fact sometimes just rethinking our approach can make a big difference.
