In this video I bore and fit the piston on the 1980 Suzuki RM 400. When I got this engine, I really thought I could go back together with a standard piston. Just could not make it happen, the piston cylinder clearance was just to loose. So we bore to .25mm oversize and fit the piston to .003, and check the ring gap at .012. This engine is ready to assemble in the next video.
