If you aren't pushing s-lord dungeons after the recent change, you're trolling.
Amethyst splinters seems bugged (read: using brand in video) otherwise I'd be spending all my gold chasing that slight DPS increase over H-brand. If you have void + brand, you're fine, don't panic reroll weap.
(I wouldn't be surprised if they rebalanced specifically to significantly decrease Brand's efficiency without removing it from top 1-3. With all the QOL stuff like queues and whispers [now fixed] going on, they prob didn't want to tank what was easily BIS for easily the most popular char in the game, for goodwill and time-respecting reasons).
Hopefully next season they allow you to perma level a trait for weapons, swap them easier, and even use a test server to try new builds before spending 30k gold to ""test.""
