1. Beef liver
2. Chopped onion
3. Ginger paste
4. Garlic paste
5. Cumin paste
6. Cardamom ,cinnamon bay, leaf, cloves

9. Turmeric powder

11. Coconut milk
এভাবে গরুর ফেপসা ভুনা করলে । কখনো তরকারি কালো হবে না । আর খেতেও কিন্তু ভীষণ মজাদার হবে। নারিকেলের দুধ দিয়ে ফেপসা রান্না করলে যাদের ফেপসা পছন্দ না তাদেরও কিন্তু পছন্দ হয়ে যাবে ।
উপকরণ:
১. গরুর ফেপসা
২. পেঁয়াজ কুচি
৩. আদা বাটা
৪. রসুন বাটা
৫. জিরা বাটা
৬. এলাচ দারুচিনি তেজপাতা লবঙ্গ
৭. লবণ
৮. মরিচের গুঁড়ো
৯. হলুদের গুঁড়ো
১০. ধনিয়া গুরু
১১. নারিকেলের দুধ
