Ultimate Street food tour heaven in #PUEBLA Mexico. Beautiful people in this street food tour in Puebla will explore with you various mexican dishes. Puebla is one of our favorite cities in Mexico for many reasons, vibrant, colorful streets, history, architecture and off course not to forget the mouthwatering Poblano cuisine is at the top of the list. So what makes the food in Puebla so special? Poblano food is recognized because of its fusion of indigenous and international ingredients.

I was always curious how Mexican corn tortilla are made in Puebla. So we are heading to an old Tortilleria shop and meet the owner to teach us everything about masa harina and how it is made from scratch. Corn tortillas are used for the Mexican tacos and can be eaten with different type of dishes as well.

While spending the day in Zocalo puebla, i wanted to try a chalupas which are a Mexican antojito, or snack, made from fried masa (corn dough) topped with your choice of salsa verde or roja, braised pork meat, coriander and onions. So i did!!!!

Next on our list we are having a Cemita for lunch a local sandwich created in Puebla. The sandwich consists of thinly pounded deep-fried pork cutlets, generous slices of avocado, quesillo cheese, white onions, papalo leaves and caramelized chipotle. The cemita always has a signature egg-based bun sprinkled with sesame seeds. The bun is slightly crispy and The texture of quesillo with a stringy texture similar to halloumi cheese.

When it comes to mexican street food in puebla you can't miss the Tacos el pastor.
So we headed to Centro Puebla at Taqueria El patio las ranas to try the Tacos el pastor and a few other dishes. Tacos Al Pastor are thinly sliced pieces of marinated pork that make for the best taco. Serve them up with some sliced onion, pineapple, and cilantro and you have yourself a fantastic meal.

The closest market to where I've been staying here is the Mercado Central de Cholula. Today highlight are the quesadillas de huitlacoche with blue tortillas filled with quesillo and zucchini flower. These giant vegetarian quesadillas are as pretty as they are delicious. The fattiness of the cheese prevents the huitlacoche from tasting overly sandy, bringing all the ingredients together in harmony. All the tortillas are handmade with a base of blue corn.

For all of you Carnivorous you will surely enjoy the tacos de carnitas at Carnitas at Santa Fe located in Mercado municipal San pedro cholula open for 27 years. In this vlog i will share my entire experience.....

I never really never liked corn, however after trying th Esquites at Esquites "La Vía" located in Blvrd Esteban de Antuñano Puebla In other words, they're completely irresistible, creamy, tangy, spicy, sweet and savory all at once. Esquites is a popular Mexican street food. Soft blanched white corn served in a cup with mayonnaise, cotija mexican cheese and chili flakes.

Finally will finish the day with one of most popular dessert in #Mexico Puebla Churros.
Churros originate in Spain, but made their way to Mexico and other former Spanish colonies and settlements as well. Spanish churros and Mexican churros are very similar. The turnover at La Churrería located in Centro histórico de Puebla is constant, so you're always getting fresh churros.
The churros where fabulous. Perfectly crunchy with enough soft doughiness. Only four five each!!!
