AC Milan head coach Massimiliano Allegri has found Mario Balotelli to be 'calm' since his arrival from Manchester City.

Massimiliano Allegri:
"Balotelli hasn't come to AC Milan to steal the place of El Sharaawy, Balotelli is here in Italy at AC Milan and he has all the qualities and opportunities to become a top player. He is extraordinary physically as well as technically, he has to find consistency and I am sure he will do it at AC Milan."

Massimiliano Allegri:
"I have found Mario serene and calm. He is aware of the great opportunity he has now, even if he has been recognised as a great player for five or six years now. He has the opportunity to become a champion with Milan, a real protagonist."

Massimiliano Allegri:
"Don't forget that he has those great technical qualities but he started very young and now he is only 22. So it takes patience, some good advice. I am sure he will understand and he will get better and grow up as we all have done. I was 22 years old and I have done some stupid things so I can give some very good advice."
