No, Lulu is not chasing her tail.
After this video was taken. Lulu went to the vet and was diagnosed with an idiopathic neurological issue. (possibly blood barrier in her brain) At the time of this video, she was on antibiotics for URI. The antibiotics could have been causing the seizure due to this blood barrier in her brain. I ended up adopting her, due to the unknown neurological issues... She is very happy, loved and well cared for - January 2024!
