Day 1 of the 14-day golf improvement series — fitness baseline testing.
I’m testing golf-specific mobility, flexibility, and power to see where I’m starting from before the training begins.
Tests include:
• Shoulder & hip mobility
• Core stability
• Power movements like vertical jump and med ball throw
This is the foundation. At the end of 14 days, I’ll retest to see what’s improved.
