Montessori Activities For Kids - Practical Life - Washing a Table

This is one of the Montessori Practical Life Activities in Montessori Education.

In this video, I perform the activity called Washing a Table. This activity is to prepare kids from the approximate age of 2 and 3.5 to participate in some practical life activities.

Remember the purpose of this activity is NOT to make the table clean but for Control and Coordination of movement. It promotes order and prepares them to become independent in the future. Indirectly it helps in the development of logical thinking and the acquisition of a variety of movements.

These types of videos will also help teachers, educators, mothers, and caregivers to have more ideas about some simple practical life activities that will go a long way to help children.
