STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS AND DETAILS PROVIDED IN THE VIDEO.

Baked @ 425 degrees for about 15 mins then switched to broil for a few seconds to brown. (Baking time can vary depending on your oven.)
INGREDIENTS I USED:
2 C White Lily Self Rising Flour
1 1/2 C Heavy Whipping Cream
***I brushed them with butter and honey once they were done.
