The previous record was at 9:03.00 (by myself). This run shaved off about 20 seconds due to the bread drop of an imp.

The imp was killed by an alt's Retribution prayer.

Potential timesaves
At 1:33, I lost 2.4 seconds to a misclick
At 2:29, I lose about 6 seconds due to the logout penalty. It's possible to do the method without logging out, but due to the imp RNG combined with the required server reboot cutscene skip, that isn't really viable.
At 2:56, 2.4 seconds can be saved by killing the rat in 2 hits instead of 3. It's technically possible to kill the rat in only 1 hit to save 4.8 seconds, if it's for example pre-damaged by an alt's Retrubution prayer.
At 3:41, about 1 second can be saved with better teleport RNG.
At 4:47, about 1 second can be saved with a better NPC position.
At 5:54, you can see I had ~11 seconds spare. That time would've been saved if I logged in 11 seconds earlier. However, the hop time varies and I cannot predict my rat RNG, so it could've resulted in me not getting to the cutscene start in time. Also, I can not kill the rat in the first login session, because then I'd be supposed to log in with less than 3 minutes spare on the server reboot timer, which is impossible to do.
At 9:09, I misclicked the pickaxe, causing me to not have it equipped. This made the tick-manip attempt right after mining the pillar fail (punch instead of pickaxe hit), requiring me to set up the tick manip again, which lost me 2.4 seconds.

All combined, nearly half a minute can theoretically be saved, but realisticly it'd be more like 10-20 seconds. I won't be trying to get improvements unless someone beats my time, or if we figure a significant reroute improvement.
