Quite a difficult level, the first fight can easily slip out of your control if you don't pick your targets well. I somehow managed to run out of ammo, probably for the first time ever in this game. The secret area with empowered enemies is definitely the highlight, I remember struggling with it on the first playthrough, now I have a working strategy for it and I can do it consistently without dying. This is what I love about gaming: figuring out ways to deal with a problem, learning and improving. I hope the DLC will have more of these moments.
Visually this level reminds me of "In The Flesh" from Blood.
