Come on a Friday night walking tour of Aria Resort and Casino on the Las Vegas Strip in Las Vegas, Nevada. Aria Las Vegas opened in December 16, 2009 as a joint venture between MGM Dubai World. Aria was the center piece of the $9.2 billion CityCenter complex that included The Shops at Crystals, Vdara Hotel & Spa, The Harmon, 63, Veer Towers, and Waldorf Astoria. Aria has 4,004 hotel rooms and 150,000 square feet of gaming space. It has a good selection of restaurants like Jean-Georges Steakhouse, Julian Serrano Tapas, Javier's, Bardot Brasserie, Carbone, Catch, and Din Tai Fung. It is also home to Jewel Nightclub. A lot of recent changes at Aria Resort & Casino. Gymkhana, an Indian restaurant opened on December 3, 2025 replacing Julian Serrano Tapas that closed on February 1, 2025. Cathédrale Restaurant also closed on May 31, 2025. There is a 1850 by American Express lounge that is temporarily replacing Cathédrale. The Lounge will only open from November 2025 to December 2025. The current decoration theme is a winter ski resort at Aria.
