DIY Windshield repair. While Driving anything could happen. On the way to work this happen, a stone fell off the back of a truck and with out any notice (bang) a crack in the windshield. I was quoted from the dealer $750- $550 dollars. Just to repair this crack professionally it would cost about $80.
This short diy will help anyone willing to give this repair a try. I purchased the RainX window repair kit from Walmart. The chip that I got was a bulls eye and these are fairly easy to repair.
