Today I tried the official US Army Fitness Test with no practice - it was hard asf. It’s two minutes of push-ups, two minutes of sit-ups, and a 3.2 km run for a perfect score of 300. It sounds simple… until you try it. In this video, I push my limits to see if a calisthenics athlete can handle real Army standards. I was actually surprised by the results 👀
