EXPLORING DISNEY'S CARIBBEAN BEACH l Sebastian's Bistro & 1900 Park Fare l April 2025

We share our thoughts on our surprising evening at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort in this NEW Walt Disney World Vlog. It was NOT what we were expecting - especially our experience at Sebastian's Bistro! We also take a a quick early morning visit to Epcot and a late character breakfast/brunch at 1900 Park Fare in Disney's Grand Floridian Resort.

Our day starts by taking advantage of the Walt Disney World resort guest early park entry, and we arrive at Epcot via the Disney Skyliner before the park officially opens.

We head to Remy's Ratatouille Adventure which already has a long stand-by line before it even opens! However, the line starts moving quickly and before we know it we are on and off the ride.

Next, we make our way around World Showcase to ride Frozen Ever After and, with 2 major rides completed we hop on the monorail to Disney's Grand Floridian Resort. We take a look around the lobby which is currently under construction, before heading to 1900 Park Fare for our Disney Character Dining breakfast reservation.

The "all you care to enjoy" buffet is delicious and we are served tea, coffee and POG (Passion Fruit, Orange & Guava juice) at the table by our server. During the meal we get to meet Mirabelle, Aladdin, Snow White and Cinderella.

In the evening we take one stop on the Skyliner to Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort and enjoy the walk from the Skyliner station along the lake to the main area of the resort called Old Port Royale, also known as Centertown. We explore some of the communal areas and the shop and grab some drinks from the Banana Cabana which we enjoy as we take in the incredible views of the Skyliner against the palm trees at sunset.

It's soon time for our reservation at Sebastian's Bistro which is a big surprise with it's light and fresh colour palate and styling. The fixed menu is family style, tasty and great value at $39 per person.

As we leave the restaurant we are treated to another great view - this time of the Epcot and Magic Kingdom fireworks in the distance.
