DJI NEO2 Drone Test Part Two | DJI Mic Mini Setup & Pigeon Attack

Join me on my lunch break adventure flying the DJI NEO2 at Paddy Freeman’s Park near Jesmond Dene. This flight wasn’t just about testing the DJI Mic Mini — it turned into a bit of a thrill when a flock of pigeons swooped and dived around the drone!

In this video, I show how I finally got the DJI Mic Mini connected properly via Bluetooth, synced with the DJI Fly App, and linked audio with video clips before editing in DaVinci Resolve.

Power on the mic and drone

Tap the microphone button in the DJI Fly App

Upload clips to your phone to merge audio and video

Edit in DaVinci Resolve (or whatever you use). Top tip: clap at the start for sync
