Since historical dramas/fantasy are such a huge source of inspiration in my wardrobe and sewing, I figured it was about time I try to make outfits more directly inspired by those previous eras. What ensued was... not too different from how I usually dress, actually.
For this video specifically, I drew a lot of inspiration from Outlander (sorry not sorry I'm obsessed), Black Sails, Pride & Prejudice (2005), Tuck Everlasting, and a bit from Little House on the Prairie.
