The SR-71 Blackbird VS F-14 and F-15

The US Navy and Air Force failed to intercept the SR-71 Blackbird during tests using the F-14 Tomcat and F-15 Eagle, as its speed and high-altitude flight made it nearly impossible to detect. Despite attempts to predict its path, the Blackbird quickly evaded detection and disappeared from radar.
