Learn Today the Difference Between EU FUI and EU ERA in Brazilian Portuguese

In the previous lessons, you have learned how to talk about one-off situations in the past in Portuguese, using the 'Past simple' (Pretérito Perfeito); and also how to talk about repeated events in the past, past habits, things you used to do or would always do using the 'Past Imperfect' (Pretérito Imperfeito). However, sometimes the difference between these two verb tenses is a little too subtle. In today's class, we will compare two very specific cases - When to use 'Eu FUI' and when to use 'Eu ERA'. You will learn this difference with some real-life examples.
