The Supreme Court yesterday rejected an appeal from the NGO group Apache Stronghold, which was seeking to challenge the transfer of land that is essential for mining operations at Resolution Copper. The ruling is a significant milestone and step forward for Resolution Copper, which holds the potential to become one of the country’s largest copper mines and a significant source of copper for US manufacturing and infrastructure.
