In Nigeria, many births take place at home -with heartbreaking outcomes. The Rotary program, Together for Healthy Families in Nigeria, is working to change that.
This isn’t simply a medical issue - it’s a community conversation. Rotary, in partnership with Nigeria’s Ministry of Health, promotes community dialogues, door to door visits, and local partnerships to shift mindsets and encourage families to seek skilled care before, during, and after childbirth.
