W&LE 5413 (Rio Grande) Leads Local w/ FLNX East | CR 215 Railroad Crossing, Forest, OH

I would see that 430 would be moving slower so I decided on catching him here. I set up and about 5 minutes later, W&LE 430 flies east with a W&LE Rio Grande painted SD40T-2 leading another W&LE SD40T-2 and a FLNX GP30M at the County Road 215 railroad crossing in Forest on the CF&E Lima Sub.

This crossing has a pair of newer 2020s G&W gated signals that were installed sometime before 2021 replacing crossbucks.
