I made this a while ago using the LaserDisc as the base, then adding in tinted and toned footage from the Turner Classic Movies version. Just in time for the 100th anniversary.
Directed by Erich von Stroheim. Screenplay by Erich von Stroheim and June Mathis. Based on the novel McTeague by Frank Norris. Starring Gibson Gowland, ZaSu Pitts, and Jean Hersholt. A Metro-Goldwyn Production. 1924. Music for this release by Carl Davis.
