Apex Engineered - 510 Steering Rack Conversion - INSTALL

Finally! The ‪@apexengineered‬ Datsun 510 Steering Rack Conversion Kit is finally here! This 510 Rack and Pinion kit with everything you need to mount to convert your Datsun 510 box steering to a modern Quick-Ratio Steering rack. Designed to use the Ford Escort steering rack due to is optimal geometry when using in a Datsun 510 as well as its super quick 2.4 Ratio! These steering racks are plentiful, and we can supply them for you in the kit, or you can order one from a vendor in the links below. This kit is designed to be as minimally invasive as possible to preserve your 510 as much as possible. The kit will work with most SR and KA engine swaps as well as the factory L series engine as well (See exhaust mid-pipe note below or in the installation video). We can also easily make this to suit RHD 510's as well (just add it to the order notes or email us after ordering!)
