How to install AMD Threadripper 3970x? (Ft. ASUS ROG Zenith II Extreme & Noctua U14S)

This is an AMD Threadripper 3970x installation guide.

If you would like to know how to set up your AMD Threadripper 3970x and ASUS ROG Zenith II Extreme (or other TRX40) motherboards correctly, please watch till the end of this installation guide! Now that we have an AMD Threadripper 3970x, we are finally able to power on the ROG Zenith II Extreme. If you have not watched the Zenith II Extreme unboxing video, please do so in the link below! Second, this guide will teach you how to install an AMD Threadripper 3970x into the ASUS ROG Zenith II Extreme, put RAM in the appropriate slots, how to apply Thermal paste and set up your ASUS BIOS.
