My best run so far, awesome start with a nice finish.
At the 12k population mark i missed the timer by 10 seconds, also i placed 2 stupid landfillsites at 25:05 (money wasted). I think i can boost budget for everything one minute earlier in the late game.

Cities: Skylines is a city-building game developed by Colossal Order and published by Paradox Interactive.
The time is really nice, but heavily connected to the pc, the ingameDays-record is much more representative.

i used livesplit from livesplit.org, a free and great tool.
Theres no Auto-split for this game, you have to press the timer manually.
