On this episode of building a Bearhawk 4 place aircraft, I spent 2 hours deburring the lightening holes in the left wing main spar and cutting the profile of the aluminum where the wing root attachment bracket connects to the fuselage. I used my Dremel, rounded file, and abrasive balls to get the job done!
