Cooking oil-4tbsp(તેલ)
Cuminseeds1/2tsp(જીરુ)
Hing-1 pinch(હિંગ)
Onion-1/2cup(ડુંગરી)
Garlicloves--5-6(લસણની કડી)
Turmeric powder-1/2tsp(હળદર પાવડર)
Red chilli powder-1 tbsp(લાલ મરચું)
Cumincoriander powder-1tbsp(ધાણાંજીરુ પાવડર)
Kitchenking masala-1tsp(કિચનકિંગ મસાલો)
Kasoori methi-1tbsp(કસૂરી મેથી)
Jaggery-1tbsp(ગોળ)
Water-1/4cup(પાણી)
Tomato-1(ટામેટુ)
Salt-as per your taste(મીઠુ)
Buttermilk-1cup(છાશ)
Sing bhujiya-1cup(શીંગ ભજીયા)
Fresh coriander leaves-2tbsp(લીલા ધાણાં)
