Ziva & Tony are in love but then she finds out that she's pregnant from the one-night-stand she had with Michael before that with Tony started.
She goes to Michael and tells him about the baby. They decide to try to be a family for the baby.
Ziva calls Tony and breaks up with him. But he won't just let her go like that. Even after she tells him about the baby.
Ziva can't stop thinking about Tony and Michael realizes that she will never love him like she loves Tony. So he breaks up with her.
When Tony finds out he decides to be there for Ziva and the baby.
