Can't recommend Andys Man Club or praise the facilitators and lads that attend high enough! One of the hardest things I've done walking through thatndoor tonight but after going tonight, it's the easiest decision I'll make when I go back next week. The first time I've felt that I'm not alone in my struggles and there are other dad's out there feeling how I feel.
If you're struggling to find the right environment to open up, find and reach out to your local Andys Man Club. As soon as I spoke with the first AMC facilitator at the door I knew I'd made the right decision.
