whoever's most mature if you happen to
do it a hundred times in a row big deal
you're the more mature one that's more
resourced that's okay you're leading
that conversation that's great all right
so this is really key with parents also
if you're a parent you want to be the
person to lead the charge on how to
repair with your kids you raise your
voice your kid you scare them you go up
to them and you just own it I raised my
voice at you I scared you make sense
that your you got scared you're upset
now
and daddy's here I'm safe it's okay you
tell me if there's anything else you
want to tell me about how you feel and
then we repair and now we're cool again
so repairing is critical all right
