How to put on and take off a ZEROD VANGUARD wetsuit. Tips and tricks to get it on right and take it off fast. Bloopers included. In short remember: 1) put your wetsuit on right 2) let a little water slip into your wetsuit before exiting the swim 3) make quick, but precise movements to pull your arms and legs out fast. Don't hesitate to use vaseline or baby oil around your ankles and wrists to help facilitate removal, (but be sure to have someone else put it on for you).
