Today, we’re diving into a 10-minute Planks-only workout, designed to target your deep core muscles and boost overall stability, posture, and functional strength. Planks may look simple, but when done right, they activate the muscles that protect your spine, support your posture, and help prevent lower back pain.
This is a calm but powerful session — no fast reps, no equipment, just deep engagement and total-body awareness. Perfect for anyone looking to build a stronger, more resilient core from the inside out.
🧱 Workout Format:
8 plank variations
Each exercise lasts 45 seconds
20 seconds of rest between each one

No weights, no extras — only your body and some deep focus.
