0:18 - Add calamansi juice, soy sauce and black pepper. Mix the ingredients and marinate.
0:46 - Saute garlic and onion in a pan
1:01 - Add patis and simmer
1:09 - Add ground pork and stir until brown
1:25 - Add black pepper and stir
1:34 - Add cubed carrot, potato, bell pepper, pickle relish, raisin and salt. Simmer until cooked.
2:10 - Let it cool and add egg. Mix the ground pork with the egg.

1 kilo medium size squid
2 Tbsp. calamansi juice
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp black pepper
cooking oil for frying
For the meat stuffing:
1/2 kilo ground pork
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, minced
1 carrot
1 bell pepper
1 potato
1 Tbsp. pickle relish
1 tsp black pepper
2 Tbsp. raisin
1/2 Tbsp. salt
