Learn how to make Mugache Ladoo, a popular Indian sweet dessert recipe from our chef Archana on Ruchkar Mejwani.
Ingredients:
250 gms Moong Dal
4 tbsp Ghee
100 gms Powdered Sugar
1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
Almonds, chopped
Pistachios, chopped
Raisins for garnishing
Method:
In a pan heat some ghee. Add the moong dal and roast it on a medium high flame till it changes color.
Once the moong dal changes color, transfer it on a plate and let it cool down.
After the moong dal cools down add it in the mixer grinder and grind it to a powder.
In the same pan again heat some ghee. Add the moong dal powder and mix well for some time.
Transfer the mixture in a bowl and let it cool down.
Then add powdered sugar, cardamom powder and chopped almonds and pistachios. Mix everything well with your hands.
Take some portion of the mixture and start making laddus.
Garnish each laddu with a raisin.
Delicious Mugache Ladoo are ready to be served.
