I wrote this. Listened to it once. Now I can't listen to it.
Really hits home.
(Pun intended. Humour is my coping mechanism...)
Inspired by all the changes that have happened since my mum passed away.
I guess I never thought things would change. And then they did. Just like that.
And then the last of things are gone. It's life I suppose.
This song is one for my mum. Something I hope I continue, cause writing songs about grief and letting go, they do help. Even if listening to them makes me break down sometimes!
Ai can't always give a song feeling, it's not capable, however occasionally, it does create something close enough, and this has just enough to get me, so il come back and listen to this when I need it
