A Trio of Spooks Tutorial - Needle Felting Tutorial, How To, Step by Step

We often see Christmas before Halloween but in this case we have a little Halloween slap in the middle of Christmas LOL. Due to a couple of technical issues I had to re-record this tutorial so it has been slightly delayed however I am happy to launch it now just in time for Christmas LOL!
